Waste Bin Request Form

New waste bins can be delivered to your address. Bin replacement costs will be charged to the address associated with the request. Fees will be waived for newly constructed homes where no bin has previously been assigned, or when a bin has been damaged by the collection contractor.

Please note: Requesting an additional garbage bin will result in an additional garbage utility service charge.

Only the registered homeowner may submit a bin request. If the homeowner is unable to complete the form, written authorization from the homeowner may be accepted.
