When you are not available, who can we contact? (aka Designated Responsible Person (DRP))

A person who, at all times 24hr/7 days that the short-term rental is operated, has access to the premises and authority to make decisions in relation to the premises and the rental agreement in the event you are unavailable for any reason.

Please note this is required even when you are present for all stays. 

The DRP must also consent to the use of his/her contact information.
